You can also find the app icon on the first page of your e-bike user manual to confirm that you’ve downloaded the correct app. Once the download is complete, register with your mobile phone number.

Not seeing the Bodywel icon in the app? We’ve got solutions for that too! If a direct connection isn’t established, follow the unbinding process for your bike’s Bluetooth as outlined in the third video. Use both hands simultaneously: press the + and – keys with one hand while pressing the M key six times continuously with the other hand. Only when you hear a beep sound can you confirm successful unbinding. After unbinding, follow the steps to reconnect to Bluetooth.
Step 4: Persistence Pays Off
If your initial connection attempts aren’t successful, don’t give up just yet. Sometimes, starting fresh is all that’s needed. Uninstall the “Tuya Smart” App, unbind your E-bike’s Bluetooth, and then try again. Re-download the app and initiate the connection process once more.
