Molto bella

Molto bella, ottimi freni ed ottime luci.Purtroppo il display è arrivato graffiato. Buona stabilità e guidabilitá. Il manubrio tende leggermente a sinistra ma non riesco a svitare la vite del piantone per raddrizzarlo. Dopo le prime ricariche la batteria sembra avere una discreta autonomia. La seduta e la guida sono comode. Sonk contento. Grazie Bodywel!

ha diversi limiti

la bici è più grande di quello che sembra, non l'ho potuta caricare nel baule della I20, sulla mia Corolla TS c'è stata per qualche millimetro.
l'assenza del cambio di fa sentire, ai 15kmh la pedalata è giusta, ai 20kmh e 25kmh si pedala a vuoto, come i vecchi CIAO.
il tubo della sella con persone di 90kg scende.
AGGIORNAMENTO: mi hanno fornito uno stringi tubo sella nuovo e diverso, ora va bene.

Oggetto ottimo

Ci sono vari punti che mi hanno soddisfatto:
1 - Assistenza tecnica: risposte pronte, esaurienti e risolutive. Ci sono stati problemi con i tempi di sdoganamento e l'ebike non sarewbbe arrivata entro i tempi previsti (arrivata 5 giorni dopo) appena avuto notizir del ritardo mi hanno scritto offrendomi la possibilità di annullare l'ordine restituendomi il prezzo pagato. Ho risposto che preferivo aspettare e, per il disagio, mi hanno inviato il supporto per il cellulare
2 - Imballo: che dire, lo scatolone di cartone estremamente robusto e la protezione della ebike effettuata contro ogni possibile danno. Eccezionale
3 - Assemblaggio: con un minimo di manualità risulta assai semplice (molto più semplice dell'assemblaggio dei mobili venduti da nota ditta svedese) Ho impiegato mezz'ora per renderla operativa compreso il montaggio degli accessori (acceleratore manuale e supporto per smartphone)
4 - Non l'ho ancora pprovata per un periodo sufficiente a valutarne le prestazioni in termini, soprattutto, della durata della batteria ma dalle poche prove effettuate sembra un prodotto assai valido
5 - robustezza: a discapito del peso (unica nota leggermente dolente) il telaio sembra assai robusto coniugando estetica e solidità
