Really pleased to be able to take this bike for a quick ride on city roads, the electric assist meant I didn’t sweat on short rides and the 250 watt motor performed well on flat surfaces and smaller slopes. I did have a few minor issues when I started using the bike. the Bluetooth wouldn’t connect, but then after some guidance from customer service, I found out that my own phone was causing the problem. Customer service was very patient in guiding me through the problem.

This ebike was purchased for my wife and it is capable of travelling at 25 km/h which is very comfortable for daily walks and commuting. I am most satisfied with the front and rear lights, which are very bright and the rear tail light is red, which is also safer and gives me a higher level of courage for riding at night

This bike feels sturdy and is well built. It’s easy to ride it even without assistance. There is a nice 7 gear Shimano system that is easy to handle. I am happy with its overall performance, especially as it is more affordable and has a larger battery capacity and longer range compared to some bikes on the market.

While I was a little intimidated to order a bike that required assembly, and forgive me for being a bit of a do-it-yourselfer, it’s good to know that there is a video on the website that walks you through the process step by step, and the whole process took about 65 minutes. So far, the bike has been really fun to ride. I thought the assist mode would be harder to get used to, but it feels natural and you can choose different levels of assistance.

The battery life is impressive, so far, the battery has been continuously cycling for 3 days without charging. The display design is very fashionable and more beautiful than many other models. The electric assist feature is a game changer, making it a breeze to tackle hills and long distances without breaking a sweat. Additionally, I learned from customer service that this ebike can also be equipped with a throttle, But due to the regulatory restrictions here, I had to give up the throttle. Overall, I highly recommend this e-bike to anyone looking for a fun and convenient way to get around town.

Although this bike only has a 250w motor and a top speed of 15mph, it complies with UK law and is safer for me. The bike does not need to be registered, taxed or insured. There is a shelf above the back seat that can hold some temporary items, and a nice display to monitor battery level and travel speed. There was a little problem with the installation, but the customer service helped promptly, great!

The delivery was very fast; it was delivered to my door within 2 days. I couldn’t wait to assemble it once I received it and rode it for about half an hour; so far, it feels pretty good.
