A very comfortable bike, initially I wanted to buy the A275, but considering the height, I still bought the A26. I received the bike better than I expected, the assembly is not complicated, and it was installed immediately to try more than 20 kilometers, see the power and two cells, this range is very capable. The bracket is also strong and solid.

The Bodywel A26 has convinced me after several weeks of testing with its combination of a low price. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical beforehand! The range is decent, of course, depending on the rider’s weight or the route. You should have some skills if you choose this e-bike, or have a skilled partner or friend. You have to assemble quite a bit, but there’s a good tutorial in the form of a video. My delivered Bodywel A26 had a few scratches on the paint, nothing serious. I quickly fixed these with a black touch-up pen. Also, I was missing a screw for the fender and a nut, replacing them was no difficulty. Anyone who has ridden an e-bike from another well-known manufacturer will notice the difference in the drive. While, for example, a Bosch mid-motor responds very precisely to pressure and allows precise control of the support, the Bodywel A26 is somewhat “uncontrolled.” But it’s just a matter of getting used to it. It has 3 levels of support, 1 = up to 10 km/h, 2 = up to 18 km/h, 3 = up to 25 km/h. The e-bike almost rides itself, not like a throttle, but just a slight and constant movement of the pedals is enough. The e-bike then accelerates to the set speed without any pressure query on the pedal. Once you get used to it, you have a very comfortable means of transportation. That’s why my wife prefers the Bodywel A26 over well-known manufacturers, it’s just easy to travel due to the lack of a query. The lighting is very good! Really bright and well-lit! Much better than some well-known manufacturers. The only real criticism I have is the brake. It’s a bit weak on steep hills. So you better brake all the time on the descent rather than not having enough grip to stop quickly. On light hills, it’s no problem, flat roads neither. I’m considering upgrading to hydraulic brakes in the future. Overall, as I said, I’m very satisfied and would buy it again. PS. Maybe I should have chosen the package with the extra battery because of the discount, as it’s just fun to ride a lot! Best regards!

This bike took a lot of effort to assemble and it weighs about 66lbs which makes it a bit inconvenient to carry around, but that’s also because it’s sturdy and durable.
