Radfahren macht wieder Spaß

Dieses Jahr wollte meine Frau ihr normales Fahrrad gegen ein E-Bike eintauschen. Ich habe mir ein paar Videos online angeschaut und bin auf Bodywel gestoßen, also habe ich ein Rad bestellt.

Der Zusammenbau hat etwa eineinhalb Stunden gedauert, aber ich habe mir Zeit genommen und alle Teile sorgfältig geprüft. Nachdem meine Frau ein paar Mal gefahren ist, war sie sehr begeistert. Ich habe fast 40 Jahre kein Fahrrad mehr gefahren, aber aus Neugier habe ich es selbst ausprobiert. Nach ein paar Kilometern war ich sehr begeistert und habe mir auch ein genau gleiches Rad bestellt.

Meine Frau und ich werden mit diesem Rad wahrscheinlich nicht in die Berge fahren oder auf besonders unwegsamem Gelände unterwegs sein. Wegen mangelnder Erfahrung kann ich nichts dazu sagen, wie es sich auf echten Bergstraßen verhält. Aber bei uns in der Nähe gibt es viele landwirtschaftliche Wege und unbefestigte Landstraßen, die wir nutzen können, um abseits der Hauptstraßen eine schöne Fahrt zu genießen. Das F20 fährt auf diesen unbefestigten Wegen und Waldwegen gut. Auf der Straße lässt es sich gut steuern, und der Motor gibt bei Bedarf ordentlich Unterstützung. Jetzt kann ich auch Steigungen bewältigen, die ich mit dem normalen Fahrrad nie hochgekommen wäre, und das ohne abzusteigen. Wir haben auch ein paar längere Touren gemacht und dabei versucht, die Batterie nur bei Steigungen zu nutzen, um die Geschwindigkeit zu halten. Selbst nach fast 50 Kilometern war der Batteriestand nur ein kleines Stück gesunken. Die Akkulaufzeit ist wirklich beeindruckend.
