The packaging box was in perfect condition, all components were well-packed and protected, with no wear, dents, or paint issues. What satisfied me the most was the exterior design and dashboard of this bike. Although the motor is 250 W, it is sufficient for daily use. There are three assistance modes available, with a maximum speed of 25 km/h. I heard that this bike has two hidden features, which are removing the speed limit and switching to full throttle mode, but I haven’t tried them yet for safety reasons.

As an experienced mountain biker, this is my first urban e-bike. From this point of view, I was impressed with the comfort and the ease of shifting gears. I am happy with the battery life and overall power of the bike, the ride feels great and the assist mode feels natural for riding in urban environments.

The shipping speed was surprisingly fast. I purchased this bike at 10 AM and received a notification email the same day at 4:30 PM indicating that the package had been shipped. Before purchasing, I consulted customer service and found out that this bike can be equipped with an additional throttle grip. I recently injured my right foot, so with the throttle, it will be easier for me to travel without having to use my injured foot to pedal.

I had never assembled a bike before and found the installation video on the website and managed to assemble the bike. It rides well on the pavement and road and looks powerful and secure in appearance. The gears shift smoothly and the head and tail lights are bright and easy to see in the dark. This bike is totally worth every penny. Also got a free bonus combination lock.

Easy to assemble, it comes equipped with numerous accessories such as luggage racks, headlights, and bells. The battery placement is very practical and prevents any imbalance. Basically, this electric bike is really high-end, offering more options than more expensive bikes.

I bought this bike to use it for commuting to work in an urban environment, a round trip of about 11 miles or so, and on a full charge I was able to ride for 5 days straight with a little bit of power left over. The bike’s welded frame looks solid and has a muscular feel to it. All the wires and cables are neatly wrapped. The ride feels great. Assist feels natural and I like the 3 levels of assist.

I was not disappointed, the bike arrived within 2 days, the packaging was very good overall, the cardboard box had a thick protective layer inside and there were no damaged parts, it took me 50 minutes to complete. I love the mix of black and blue colours. My weight is 240lbs and I am really comfortable on it. The bike has a top speed of 15.5mph but I have consulted customer service and it is actually possible to unlock the speed and reach 20mph, but this may affect cycling safety so it is not recommended.

Due to my recently changed job, I found it more convenient to commute by bike rather than by car. After some research and comparing different options, I decided on this electric bike. The bike did not disappoint. Firstly, the delivery was super fast; it took less than 3 days from ordering to receiving the product. I specifically checked and found out that Bodywel has a warehouse in Germany. Secondly, the assembly was quite easy. The user manual and the tools provided included clear step-by-step instructions. After assembling the bike, I rode it in the park for about ten minutes; it was quite comfortable. The assistance mode is very convenient and effortless, much more pleasant than a regular bike. Tomorrow, I will ride this bike to work. As for the range, the website indicates 90-100 km. I will verify this claim on my commute in the coming days.
