Llevo unas semanas usando la F20 y la verdad es que estoy muy contento. Es cómoda, tiene buena potencia y va muy bien por caminos de tierra. Los neumáticos son geniales y la sensación al conducir es muy estable.

F20 spodobał mi się przede wszystkim przez wygląd. Z czasem coraz bardziej mi się podoba. Fajnie, że jest też wodoodporny.

Ho contattato il servizio clienti via email due volte. La prima volta perché c’erano stati alcuni problemi con la spedizione da parte del corriere. Il servizio clienti ha risolto tutto rapidamente ed efficacemente. La seconda volta, nonostante ci fosse il manuale, non ero sicuro su come installare una parte. Presto ho ricevuto un link a un video che mostrava chiaramente come fare. La comunicazione via email è stata in italiano, e il personale del servizio clienti è stato molto professionale e cordiale.

La bicicletta ha un design non pieghevole a passo lungo, che sembra molto robusto e non mette sotto pressione le articolazioni delle ginocchia. Ora che vado spesso in giro in bici per commissioni in zona (come per comprare piccole cose), ho acquistato una borsa da montare sul portapacchi posteriore, e adesso è molto più comodo uscire

Muy buena bicicleta, esta es mi primera compra de una bicicleta eléctrica. El marco es sólido, las soldaduras son precisas y tiene todas las características descritas en el anuncio. Obviamente la estoy probando, hasta ahora la he probado solo por media hora, subí una pendiente de más del 20%, y para mí es un excelente producto. Es fácil de manejar, tiene tres velocidades, y yo configuré la asistencia de energía en la primera velocidad, alcanzando una velocidad de 10 km/h. La recomiendo.

Ultimamente mi piace andare in bici dopo il lavoro. La luce anteriore è molto brillante. Adoro la luce dei freni: anche se non è accesa, lampeggia quando freno. Il grande display è utile per vedere facilmente i dati che mi interessano.

I compared the F20 with the F20 Pro and ultimately chose the F20 for its better value. It turns out the F20 is perfectly fine for daily commuting. I live in an area with a lot of hills, biking was really tiring. That's why I decided to try an eBike. With the electric assist, going uphill is much easier, and one charge lasts for several days.
I asked about the water resistance and was told it’s rated at IPX5. The brakes are responsive, and the wide tires have excellent grip, which makes it safe to ride in the rain.

Arrivato in anticipo, perfettamente imballato, la bicicletta è arrivata in perfette condizioni, è già in carica, ma non l’ho ancora provata. Before, I used to take my granddaughter for rides on my manual bicycle. Several times I had to push it. Taking kids uphill was exhausting, haha. Now I finally don't have to worry about that anymore.

This is my ride and my companion. Yes, it’s an e bike. It and trailer has me pulling about 70 pounds, so yes, I use pedal assist. The throttle is optional.

I now have the hang of using the gears and pedal assist motor to
smoothly ascend hills. I’m overweight and unfit and this bike helps me get in some gentle exercise to improve my health.

The F20 was straightforward from the beginning. I didn’t need anything advanced, so this worked well for me. It’s easy to ride and doesn’t feel intimidating for a first e-bike.
