Ich habe den Kundenservice vor dem Kauf und beim Zusammenbau kontaktiert. Es war ein sehr gutes Zusammenwirken. Schneller Kontakt , freundliche und fachkundige Aussagen. Ich kann den Kundenservice bestätigen , dass er der beste ist ,den ich kennenlernen durfte.. Immer zu empfehlen.
Tengo la BodyWel T16 y la verdad es que es preciosa. Y gracias al buen resultado me he decidido a comprar la BodyWel T16 Pro que no es tan bonita pero si es mucho más divertida. Me daba un poco de reparo ya que al ser el tamaño de las ruedas de 14" en vez de 16" pues todo lo contrario. Una ves te haces al tamaño y a la maravillosa maniobravilidad de la T16 Pro, es muy divertido conducirla. Esta es mi sexta bicicleta eléctrica y he de decir que es la mejor con diferencia. Yo mido 1,70 y por supuesto que la recomiendo y encima con esta gran precio. El servicio postventa es fabuloso.

Questa bici è più leggera di quanto pensassi, i pedali e il manubrio sono pieghevoli e il prezzo è abbastanza ragionevole. Lo uso tutti i giorni per andare e tornare dal lavoro e ogni tanto esco per fare la spesa o per fare un giro nei fine settimana. È così semplice e senza pensieri, e fa risparmiare un sacco di lavoro!
Je suis très satisfait de la version améliorée du Bodywel T16PRO ! Coloré, léger, pliable et très pratique à transporter, il est bien plus pratique que les vélos traditionnels encombrants. Qu'il s'agisse de déplacements quotidiens ou de déplacements sur de courtes distances, cela peut être facilement géré. Je le recommande vivement, j'adore vraiment ! 🚴♀️💖
