Accepted Payment Methods

Bodywel accepts the following payment methods:

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Note: You can complete your order using a Debit or Credit Card via PayPal Guest Checkout — no PayPal account is required.  

Payment Failures & Solutions

If you encounter payment issues, here are common errors and how to resolve them:  

1.Credit Card Payment Failed – Code 80010: Transaction Do Not Honour

  • Cause: Your bank perceives this transaction as risky, often for international purchases.  
  • Solution: Contact your card-issuing bank to authorize the payment or adjust online spending limits. 

2. Credit Card Payment Failed – Code 80090: Cannot Start 3D Authentication

  • Cause: 3D Secure verification is not enabled on your card.
  • Solution: Contact your bank to enable 3D verification and complete the authentication steps.  
3. Credit Card Payment Failed – Code 20061: Duplicate Order
  • Cause: Exiting the 3D verification process and retrying the payment can trigger a duplicate transaction.  
  • Solution: Complete the 3D verification as prompted and avoid refreshing the page.  
4. PayPal Payment Failed
  • Cause: Bodywel does not support PayPal Credit.  
  • Solution: Use your PayPal balance or a linked debit/credit card for payment.  

Exchange Rate Conversion

  1. All transactions on Bodywel’s official website are processed in Euros (€).
  2. If your card operates in a different currency, your bank may apply additional exchange rate fees or currency conversion charges.  
  3. Please check with your bank for any extra fees and request a refund if applicable.
